Then the Rockhampton Weddings BRIDE OF THE YEAR 2010 Competition is for you.
We are calling for all brides who were married in Central Queensland to enter this fantastic competition. Everyone loves a wedding and we would love for you to be able to relive some of what made your day so special.

But it's not just about the way you look (and we know that you were beautiful!). Our winning bride will be one who has a wonderful story to tell. You will need to submit the story about how you met your husband, the proposal, the wedding preparation story and of course all the details of the big day!
We will ask you to submit some photographs that tell the real story of your wedding day.
There will be a fantastic prize package for the winning bride and the title of ROCKHAMPTON WEDDINGS BRIDE OF THE YEAR 2010, will be yours!
Terms and Conditions
- Open to all brides married between April 1, 2009 and April 1, 2010
- All photos submitted will become property of Rockhampton Weddings and can be used by them in any promotional material
- The entrants fee of $30.00 is non refundable
The Judging Process
- All judging will done by a panel to be announced
- Round One – Judging will take place in the week of May 31 – June 6, 2010. Entrants will be judged on the basis of their photos and the information supplied
- Round Two – Judging will take place in the week of June 7 – June 13, 2010. Entrants will be invited to attend a face to face (out of town entrants to be arranged) interview with the judging panel before advancing to the next stage
- Round Three – Shortlisted entrants will appear on the Rockhampton Weddings website and will be under the public vote until Friday June 25
- All finalists will be required to attend the Rockhampton Expo on Sunday June 27 in their wedding attire. Finalists will be invited to walk the red carpet at 2.30pm prior to winner being announced shortly thereafter. Brides MUST be in attendance to be declared the winner.
